Having a hearing test can sometimes cause anxiety in Children. Our child-friendly approach focused on building rapport and incorporating fun and games, helps children to relax and feel comfortable during the entire procedure. This makes for an enjoyable experience for both child and their parents.
Children’s tests are half an hour and cost $80. We test children from the age of 9 months.

The earplugs are a perfect fit and it makes a massive difference when I ride my motorbike. Loving it! I can still hear my bike and the traffic, which is important when riding, but the wind noise has significantly reduced. I am really happy with them and won’t go riding without them now.

The Grade Three and Four students thoroughly enjoyed this session and have departed with a deeper understanding of how sound affects us. The students enjoyed being included in the demonstrations that taught us about the structure of the ear, how the ear receives sound and what level of sound is safe.
