With the backdrop of all these changes we celebrate our 4th anniversary. With us going into the second lockdown in Metropolitan Melbourne it is important for the Casey Hearing community to be informed of what we are doing at Casey Hearing to protect against Covid-19. This includes our views on Earwax removal appointments. Wearing masks has become common place and we highlight some tips on communicating with people who will have difficulty hearing people using a face mask. We introduce Tracey our receptionist and share a review from a client and his daughter who engaged with us using video-conferencing.
